Rock wool external insulation system construction points

 

 

1. Before construction, a special construction plan for energy conservation and heat preservation of the project shall be prepared according to the design, requirements of this regulation and relevant technical standards, and the construction personnel shall be provided with technical disclosure and professional technical training.

 

2. The construction of the rockwool board external insulation system for energy-saving insulation projects shall be carried out in accordance with the qualified construction drawing design documents and the approved energy-saving insulation special construction scheme for engineering projects.

 

3. The manufacturer of rock wool board external insulation system should have professional personnel to provide on-site guidance in the construction process, and cooperate with the construction unit and on-site supervision to do a good job in construction quality control.

 

4. Materials must be accepted in accordance with specifications, quantity and quality requirements before they can be stored, and they should be kept by specially-assigned personnel. Outdoor stacking is strictly prohibited. Curtain wall rock wool board should be stacked overhead moisture-proof.

 

5. Construction shall meet the following conditions:

 

(1) The basic wall and its cement mortar screed are treated and the embedded parts are installed.

 

(2) Necessary construction machines and protective equipment should be ready.

6. Construction shall not be allowed in windy weather, rain and snow weather of grade 5 or above. During and after construction, effective measures should be taken to prevent rain erosion and sun exposure, and a protective layer should be made in time. In case of rain during construction, measures should be taken to prevent rain from scouring the wall; Winter construction should be in accordance with the relevant standards to take anti-freezing measures.

 

7. Before large-scale construction, the sample wall shall be made of the same material, construction method and technology on site according to the regulations, and the construction can only be carried out after being confirmed by the parties concerned.

 

8. When using rock wool board for construction, operators should wear protective equipment, do a good job of occupational health protection, and pay attention to construction safety.

 

9. The required materials related to the rock wool board external insulation system shall be sent to qualified testing institutions for testing, and can be used only after passing the testing.

 

10. The paste of rock wool board should adopt the strip adhesion method or the point adhesion method, and the adhesive area should not be less than 50%. 12. If the veneer is found to fall off during the construction process, it should be fixed by bonding or anchoring with anchorage parts in time, and the construction of the external finishing layer should be carried out in time.

 

13. Plastering layer construction shall meet the following requirements:

 

(1) After pasting the rock wool board, the plastering surface of the board should be treated with a stainless steel spatula on the entire surface coated with scraping mortar (thickness 1 ~ 1.5mm), and pressed into the surface fibers of the rock wool board.

 

(2) The plaster paste should be configured in strict accordance with the product instruction manual, the configured adhesive should avoid direct sunlight, and should be used up within 2h.

 

(3) the plastering layer is divided into two layers. The thickness of the first layer of plastering glue is 2 ~ 3mm. It should be plastered with stainless steel serrated spatula first, then flattened with a large spatula, and pressed into the glass fiber mesh cloth while wet. When the glue is slightly dry and hard enough to touch, the anchor parts should be installed, and the plastic disc and its surrounding parts should be blocked with plastering glue. The first layer of plastering mortar slightly dry can be carried out on the second layer of plastering mortar construction, thickness of about 2mm, smooth and make the plastering layer thickness to meet the design requirements.
