Our rubber and plastic insulation boards come in a standard size of 1500mm width and 8000mm length. However, we also offer customization options for non-standard shapes based on your drawing requirements. These boards have a fire protection rating of B1 or B2, with B1 being the recommended choice for enhanced safety.
Our insulation materials are available in various thickness options to suit different insulation needs. The conventional insulation layer thickness options include 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, and 40mm. For thicker insulation layers of 35mm and 40mm, we recommend considering the specific engineering requirements, typically around 2000m-5000m.
We prioritize product quality and ensure that all our materials meet the highest standards. Our products are based on samples, guaranteeing consistent quality. Under normal conditions, our insulation materials can be used for up to ten years without any issues. However, it is important to avoid exposing them to harsh environments, including wind, sun, rain, and corrosive gases, as this may reduce their service life.
