RoofRock Wool Board is made of select fine basalt as the major materials which is pulled into 4-7µ non continuous fibers
after melted by adopting advanced international four-roller centrifugal cotton making procedures and adding a certain of adhesives, dust laying oil and water repellent into rock wool fibers. It can be made into products series with different density according to various uses through the technology of sedimentation, solidify, cutting and etc.
Rock wool insulation materials are divided into three types: a rock wool board, two rock wool felt and three rock wool pipes.
The density of a rock wool board is 70kg/m³-140kg/m³, the thickness is 40mm-100mm, the length and width are 1200mm*600mm, respectively, the rock wool board is mainly used for equipment insulation, interior decoration sound insulation, glass curtain wall insulation, external wall insulation and other fields.
Two rock wool felt is mainly used for tank insulation, pipe insulation, density 60kg/m³-100kg/m³, thickness is divided into 50mm-100mm, width 600mm* length 3000mm,
Three rock wool pipe is mainly used for pipeline insulation, diameter 25mm-600mm, thickness 30mm-100mm,
