Our products are made using NBR/PVC materials that undergo ban bury, vulcanization, and foam processes. As a result, our products possess the following characteristics:

Our rubber and plastic insulation pipe comes in different diameters, including Ø25, Ø32, Ø40, Ø50, Ø60, Ø76, Ø89, and Ø108 (mm). These pipes are suitable for a wide range of insulation applications.

 

Fire Protection Level

 

Our insulation materials are available in two fire protection levels: B1 and B2. We recommend choosing the B1 level for optimal fire resistance.

 

Insulation Thickness

 

The conventional insulation layer thickness options we offer are 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, and 40mm. For thicker insulation layers of 35mm and 40mm, we recommend considering larger-scale projects ranging from 2000m to 5000m.
