Our products are made from NBR/PVC, which undergo ban bury, vulcanization, and foam processes. As a result, our products possess the following characteristics:

Shaanxi Fanyang Construction Technology Co. Ltd offers two types of rubber and plastic insulation materials: insulation boards and insulation pipes.

 

Rubber and Plastic Insulation Pipe

 

The rubber and plastic insulation pipes are available in various diameters, including ⊘25, ⊘32, ⊘40, ⊘50, ⊘60, ⊘76, ⊘89, and ⊘108 (mm). These pipes are designed to provide efficient insulation for various applications.

 

Rubber and Plastic Insulation Board

 

The rubber and plastic insulation boards have a standard width of 1500mm and a length of 8000mm. Customization is available for non-standard shapes based on specific requirements.

 

Fire Protection Level

 

The insulation materials are classified into two fire protection levels: B1 and B2. We recommend choosing the B1 level for enhanced safety.

 

Insulation Thickness

 

The conventional insulation layer thickness options include 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, and 40mm. For thicker insulation layers (35mm and 40mm), it is advisable to consider the project requirements, typically ranging from 2000m to 5000m.

 

Product Quality and Warranty

 

Our products are manufactured to meet high-quality standards, and everything is based on samples. Under normal conditions, the insulation materials can be used for up to ten years without any issues. However, exposure to harsh environments, such as wind, sun, rain, or corrosive gases, may reduce the service life.

 

Transportation

 

For transportation, we recommend using the designated ports, such as Tianjin Port or Qingdao Port, as specified by Party A.
