We produce RUbber-plsatic Foamed Heat Preservation Products (PVC/NBR) by introducing the newest technology and craft along with an automatic processing line. Our products are made using NBR/PVC, which undergo ban bury, vulcanization, and foam processes. As a result, our products possess the following characteristics:

Rubber and Plastic Insulation Boards

 

The standard size for rubber and plastic insulation boards is 1500mm in width and 8000mm in length. Customization is available for non-standard shapes based on provided drawings.

 

Fire Protection Level

 

The fire protection level is divided into two categories: B1 and B2. We recommend choosing the B1 level for optimal safety.

 

Insulation Layer Thickness

 

The conventional insulation layer thickness options are:

 

  • 15mm

  • 20mm

  • 25mm

  • 30mm

  • 35mm

  • 40mm

Note that 35mm and 40mm thicknesses require a certain amount of engineering. We recommend a quantity of around 2000m-5000m for these thicknesses.

 

Product Quality and Warranty

 

Our product quality is based on samples. If used in a normal environment, our insulation materials can last for up to ten years without any issues. However, exposure to wind, sun, rain, or corrosive gases can reduce the service life.

 

Transportation

 

We recommend using Tianjin Port or Qingdao Port as the designated port for transportation.
