Our products are made from NBR/PVC, which undergo ban bury, vulcanization, and foam processes. As a result, our products possess the following characteristics:

Our rubber and plastic insulation board is available in a width of 1500mm and a length of 8000mm. If you require a custom shape, we can accommodate your needs based on the provided drawing requirements. The fire protection level is divided into B1 and B2, and we recommend choosing the B1 level. The conventional insulation layer thickness options include 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, and 40mm. For thicker insulation layers of 35mm and 40mm, a certain amount of engineering is required, typically around 2000m-5000m.

 

Rubber and Plastic Insulation Pipe

 

Our rubber and plastic insulation pipe comes in various diameters, including Ø25, Ø32, Ø40, Ø50, Ø60, Ø76, Ø89, and Ø108 (all in mm). These pipes are versatile and suitable for different applications.

 

Product Quality and Warranty

 

Our products are of the highest quality and are based on samples. If used in a normal environment, they can last for up to ten years. However, it is important to avoid exposing them to wind, sun, rain, or corrosive gases, as this can reduce their service life.
