We produce RUbber-plsatic Foamed Heat Preservation Products (PVC/NBR) by introducing the newest technology and craft along with an automatic processing line. Our products are made using NBR/PVC, which undergo ban bury, vulcanization, and foam processes. As a result, our products possess the following characteristics:

Shaanxi Fanyang Construction Technology Co. Ltd offers two types of rubber and plastic insulation materials: insulation boards and insulation pipes.

 

Rubber and Plastic Insulation Pipe

 

The rubber and plastic insulation pipes are available in various diameters: ⊘25, ⊘32, ⊘40, ⊘50, ⊘60, ⊘76, ⊘89, and ⊘108 (in mm). These pipes are designed to provide effective insulation for your needs.

 

Rubber and Plastic Insulation Board

 

Our rubber and plastic insulation boards come in a standard size of 1500mm width and 8000mm length. However, we also offer customization options to accommodate any abnormal shapes based on your specific requirements.

 

Fire Protection Level

 

Our insulation materials are available in two fire protection levels: B1 and B2. We recommend choosing the B1 level for optimal safety.

 

Conventional Insulation Layer Thickness

 

The thickness options for the insulation layer include 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, and 40mm. Please note that 35mm and 40mm thicknesses may require additional engineering considerations. We recommend a quantity of around 2000m-5000m for these thicker options.

 

Product Quality and Warranty

 

Our products are manufactured to the highest standards and are based on samples provided. Under normal conditions, our insulation materials can be used for up to ten years without any issues. However, it is important to avoid exposing them to wind, sun, rain, or corrosive gas environments, as this may reduce their service life.

 

Transportation

 

For transportation, we recommend using the designated ports, such as Tianjin Port or Qingdao Port, as specified by Party A.
